We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a "$50 " fee.

We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
